The Highway Department has an experienced and dedicated team under the supervision of Highway Superintendent Andrew Busa.

The Highway Department provides for public safety and maintenance of 100 miles of Town highways and in the winter, for plowing an additional 53 miles of County roads. Our goal is to provide a reasonable level of safety and convenience to highway users. We strive to preserve the investment made in roadways, structures & facilities and to ensure effective and economical utilization of labor, equipment, material and financial resources in accomplishing highway maintenance programs.
